Sales Manager – UAE

• Responsible for project sales target formulation, team formation, project operation management and monitoring, competition management, etc.(establish sales and plan corner project team from opportunity point confirmation; supplement delivery to establish triangle project team after epc confirmation; supplement technology, procurement, production and office work large project team after order implementation)
• Responsible for business process suggestions, and organize scheme engineers/managers and delivery engineers/managers to design schemes before project bidding
• Collaborate with technology, finance, procurement, production, sales office to provide support, organize everyone to provide a complete set of competitive solutions and complete and effective delivery solutions, ensure efficient implementation of late delivery work and timely payment
• Organize bidding, integrate resources of all parties, closely follow up and fulfill orders
• Negotiate business with customers and sign sales contracts on behalf of the company

• Bachelor’s in Engineering; Mechanical preferred
• Master’s in Business Administration

• 6–9 years B2B sales in solar/clean-tech/automation in UAE (At least 2 years relevant working experience)
• 3 year+ experience in Solar Industries working
• Must have working experience in Middle East-UAE, KSA
• Must have strong sales project management experience
