Machine Operator

• Operate production machinery in accordance with approved SOPs and GMP standards.
• Maintain machines in clean, safe, and fully operational condition. Monitor machine performance and report deviations to production supervisors/managers.
• Operate and manage automated filling and packaging equipment, including: Liquid filling machines VFFS (Vertical Form Fill Seal) powder packaging machines ACM (Air Classifier Mill) powder processing machines Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues during production.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance activities as required. Ensure timely preparation, loading, and availability of raw materials and packaging components. Maintain accurate production records and follow all safety and quality protocols.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in: Pharmaceutical Agrochemical Chemical Packaging or FMCG industries Proven experience operating automated production or packaging machinery.

Strong machine operation and troubleshooting skills. Understanding of industrial safety, GMP, and quality standards. Ability to read and follow SOPs, technical instructions, and production guidelines. Mechanical aptitude with hands‑on experience in equipment handling. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

Technical diploma/degree (as listed above). Experience with automated filling, packaging, or milling machines. Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices. Familiarity with pharmaceutical or chemical production environments is an advantage.
