Head of Sales

• Responsible for evaluating and monitoring contract terms after bidding
• Responsible for technical discussion progress after order signing, production preparation, production plan, shipment, site installation and commissioning progress, etc. A series of team coordination and support
• Responsible for comprehensive evaluation of sales receivable income, collection, budget and other indicators
• Responsible for project feedback loop and project experience summary, etc.
• Lead market research and explore new project opportunities in the market
• Regularly evaluate the completion of the plan, adjust the task allocation, etc.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or higher

• 12–15+ years of experience (More than 5 years experience in overseas sales team management )
• PV industry knowledge, cleaning robot equipment technology
• 5 year+ experience in Solar Industries working
• Must have working experience in Middle East-UAE, KSA
• Must have strong sales team and sales project management experience

• Organizational and coordination skills
• Office software skills
• Business terms evaluation framework
• Logical thinking skills

• Strong knowledge of the PV (Photovoltaic) industry and related technologies
• Understanding of cleaning robot equipment and applications
• Proven product expertise with industry insights and experience
• Experience in team management; business background preferred, engineering experience a plus
